To support the government’s effort of the preschool education, the Nsiah family thought it wise to establish one at Nzema. The head of the family, Mr. Dickson Gyem – Nsiah supported the establishment of the school both financially and materially.
On 26th and 27th of August, 2007, Mrs. Florence Nsiah the proprietress, with the help of her sister in – law, Mrs. Georgina Okrah went to the vicinity to register pupils. On 4th September, 2007, the first four pupils namely Alberta Osei Agyeman, Jessica Anima Pinaman, Foga Eklu and Georgina Dapaah reported. On the subsequent days, other pupils reported. Irene Osei with S.S.C.E. certificate was employed as a teacher, while Madam Georgina Okrah was also employed as an attendant and a cook as well.

HISTORY OF THE SCHOOL
Mrs. Florence Nsiah, the progenitor of FPLC, began to nurse the dream to establish a private coeducational institution over 43 years ago when she was an Assistant Director in the Ghana Education Service (GES). This dream was, however, shelved when she ventured into trading on credit bases to customers, after she had Assistant Director from the GES, at the age of 37 years.
6 years into trading, her first love which is teaching and the school environment came back to compete with her new found trading of goods. Trading lost!
We help students to know and understand themselves and the world of work in order to make career, educational, and life decisions.
We enhance workplace learning with One-on-one Mentoring and support to students.
